Hypnea didnt settle from shipment. Coulda been dinos or not letting tank settle before adding. Will try again soon.

other algae seem hardier and fine.

Getting nutrients back up, tested mid day today at 6. so we are moving right :)

Trying to go slowly so I dont shock the big tank, which I definitely care more about.

Moving in the right direction again. Dialing it in. Blue Hypnea bit the dust. Will get some soon.

Dinos are mostly gone. Just praying on soft tissue stuff now, but that was pretty easy compared to the first fight.

You get creative and use your front stand skin and door as a fold out work surface.
More so trying to figure out what to do with all these cables.

Thinking about mounting one of these on the wall above the tank right in the center. Get all the cables, all the power supplies in there. and use the rail mounts sam made to route all the cables nicely

I'd be nervous putting all the controllers right above the water. Plus may be a distraction from the tank!
CAnt do it under the macro tank?

Shelves are full of dosers and other stuff + some cables dont reach over that far. It's either under and have a nest of cables or above in a cabinet and it looks clean.

It might be a distraction. Wife wants me to paint the box the same color as the wall lol

didn't we discuss using t-nuts to attach a vinyl gutter running the whole length to the top-back extrusion so you could just toss all the cables and power bricks in there?
