Should be once a year if 24/7 hour usage.

Glad I read this thread, it's time to order another bulb as I run 24/7. I use the LSE brand through Amazon on my 2nd hand 57w.

Hard to say. I don't check them very often. Suffice to say I bought the Aqua UV brand this time around.
