Last time when I did a little trim on my shade of fall colony, when it grow back, it doesn't keep the shape like before. It look ugly, I don't like it![emoji35]

So this time I decide to do a little experiment. I trim this guy down to the root!
Let see when it grow again, will it gain the shape back?[emoji57][emoji57][emoji57]

So was your GFO reactor helping or no? I'm having the same issue as you had in the beginning with untraceable NO3 and PO4. I only have 3 fish in my 40gallon.

GFO helped to take out the po4, but that is not what I needed, or it wasn't the method that work for me. Like I said, took out those reactors made my tank bloomed.

Time for Feb FTS:D

This is a quick screenshot from my Iphone's videos. (Under 10k Radions with all t5s on). It looks very whitish/yellow in person.

IMG_5827.jpg

I tried to record a video of my tank, but my 18-55mm lens is too bad for fts. And I haven't figured it out how to make it good with iPhone's camera yet. The video has too many noise, the colors are pale/blowed.
Anyway, it's ugly.

What's the name of the coral on picture 8
This one?
31819656034_e56b4ef401_o.jpg

It is an extremely rare coral that you can't find anywhere. Only me have it! [emoji18][emoji18][emoji18]

Just kidding, I bought it as a Gaft Bonsai. It is one of an old school acro.
But for some reason it completely lost its purple, and turn blue instead! [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]

Absolutely spectacular. It is a joy viewing your thread.
I enjoy seeing acros kept and thriving in small tanks. Not too long ago that was considered impossible.

How many gallons are total in your system?

I watched the video in YT. It's not bad at all. Apart from the white balance issue forcing you to record with the tank lit at 10K and a slight focus issue it's actually very nice.

You have to try recording same way top down videos of the corals. That would be sweet.

Thanks. The tank is 45 gallons. The sump (Emerald 34 green) which have "total 20.4 gallon" on their website. But I don't know if the volume they rate is for normal operation or maximum water volume it can hold. Plus a 5 gallon frag tank.
I would say the total volume is around 50~60 gallons max since we have to deduct the volume of the rock,....

"Apart of the whitebalance....focus...." those made the video bad! [emoji28]
But how could you watch the video? It was online only a couple minutes, then I watch it again, too shameful, I put it back on private! [emoji28]
I
I have a Gopro Session 4, I will try it again!
