40 Breeder Sun Fit Under 125 Stand?

Hello, I'm in the midst of a 125g build and have a question about using a 40g breeder as a sump.

Will the 40g breeder fit under a marineland 125 stand? It’s the Monterey stand to be specific.
Im thinking if it doesn’t I could modify the back to fit it.

According to specifications there is enough space, but you never know with stand and sump bracing. Looking for someone who’s actually fit it.
