The 300w Viparspectra are better than the smaller 165w ones IMO. The smaller ones have a higher white to blue ratio.I can say that viparspectra is a good light for black boxes...or in general for that matter. Hate the whites though

A member of MARSH here in Houston had other members/hobbiest help her move a big tank years ago. One guy slipped, another did too, and the brand new tank broke on the ground. Everyone just helped put the remains in the trash and went home. Thousands of dollars down the drain with nothing to show for it.
Always pay a company with insurance to move it for you unless you're fine with it breaking.
Fair enoughYeah I'm paying free.99 for this...

What’s a new glass tank go for out of curiosity say 10 x 3 x 2? Good quality glass. @pandapartiesA member of MARSH here in Houston had other members/hobbiest help her move a big tank years ago. I don't run whits a lot and the 165 blues kick the same par as the 300s...just a smaller areaThe 300w Viparspectra are better than the smaller 165w ones IMO. The smaller ones have a higher white to blue ratio.
Nope don't think so. But I have thought of replacing some of my LEDs for more blue. Also considering just adding some LED bars.I don't think they sell those anymore, do they?
I can't wait until this style thumbnail is a thing of the past. A grown adult held that pose to take that specific picture just for the thumbnail.Thinking maybe these instead of the black boxes idk
6-7 grand for the tankWhat’s a new glass tank go for out of curiosity say 10 x 3 x 2? Good quality glass. @pandaparties

That will work. My work around in the fish room is to just raise them up and crank the blues. The higher they go, the more controllable the spectrum is.Nope don't think so. But I have thought of replacing some of my LEDs for more blue. Also considering just adding some LED bars.
Really depends on the specs though, i bought from a higher end and my size was pretty custom. Starfire glass, 3/4" euro top and bottom, steel stand with magnetic panels, armor seems etc. What’s a new glass tank go for out of curiosity say 10 x 3 x 2? Good quality glass. @pandaparties
