We've asked you multiple times to send us a PM or email so that we can refund you ASAP. Requesting this during our sale is very much out of lineand taking my money and not refunding me after multiple requests is against the law.

I work in accounting, I'm just curious how you guys reconcile all the extra money you get that you won't refund customers. Do you balance it against the refunds when corals die? Shady stuff. Do you WWC. Go report me to the moderators for "bashing" so your customers can't see the other side of your past transactions, and only the positive feedback.
