I think I finally figured it out today. I have my normal email address and a handful of things that go to a different email address. I think that if I check out on a different device or maybe when I use ApplePay it changes the address from the one I’ve already logged in with. Freaked me out when I went in to pick up a $300 fish I had already paid for and they couldn’t find it in the system. But it was under another email address.My order list literally shows two things from across two live sales.
Let me know if they fix it for you and I may also pursue it.
Also, 99% sure I haven't gotten points due to what ever happened.
