Low to medium light and low flow! :D Polyps will extend longer in low flow!
Thanks, I'm new to the hobby and finally adding some corals to my tank after acclimating it. I have a 90G tank running a T5 Hybrid with 2 AI primes. I hope I can satisfy the corals I've bought with my lighting!

if I were so use a very soft toothbrush, would it be fine to brush the frag plug and the coral itself?

Fine to brush the frag plug, i would not advise brushing the actual coral.

More than enough lighting for these corals! Water parameters are always the most important! :D

what about other types of coral like pavona, echinata, favia, and favites?

I have never heard of someone brushing corals. Is there a secret I don't know about?
