So many options... what’s a good choice for a new tank??

I would say maybe start with: a frag or two of Zoanthids, and at least one each of Euphilia and Xenia...then add whatever else you like that your tank will support!

Exactly!!!! The real estate market down here is CRAZY!!! So is the COL!!! I guess it just all depends on where in Florida people live.

I have a tank that is about 4 1/2 months old. I have about four Zoa frags, a GSP and a mushroom of some sort. Everything is doing well and it seems to be flourishing. I just got them in the last three weeks or so. I intentionally waited until my tank seemed stable, with low Nitrates and reasonable Phosphates. Although I am running a little bit of Phosguard to get them down a little lower.

ahh gotcha..I grew up and majority of my life in Florida so compared to where Im at now I figured it would be lower
