not sure how busy today was for shipping but I’m trying to get confirmation that my order went out today. It was confirmed yesterday that it would ship today. However checking online the status says unfulfilled and I have not gotten an email from FedEx or @WWC

If it is the day before your order is due to arrive and you have not received a tracking number from Fedex, please call our customer service number.

Store doesn’t open till 11 and my order was supposed to be delivered today. Yesterday when I posted on here it was after business hours so calling wouldn’t have done any good.

Please remember to double check the delivery date you chose for your live sale shipping module. The date listed on the shipping module is when your live sale corals will be delivered. If you make purchases before that date, we can combine them to ship with your live sale order but we cannot ship your live sale order before the date on your shipping module.

Should have informed your staff members of this because this is the first time I’m hearing this. They confirm my order would arrive today.

PIcked up my order yesterday in person at WWC. I am SUPER fortunate to live just 4 miles from the store. I was SHOCKED at how great the livestock looked!!! All my purchases were MUCH larger than I expected, all healthy, and overnight everything is open and doing fantastic!! Thanks BUNCHES to WWC for the great sale and the great service!!
