lol. I have been a part of many of these and you will occasional hit snags that sort themselves out. One thing for sure is thta it is something on your end. Clear cache/cookies, etc.

They always refund shipping if you don't get something. I always have a time period where it's not doing what I want. I think that is just the website though. Not WWC.

but did you setup shop pay and have to enter a code that was texted to you ? when youre about to checkout it gives you the option to setup shop pay
