What do you feed and dose in your tank ? Also what are you filtration methods ?

I dose amino acids and AB+ (sparse tho). I dose two part Alk/Calc. Run a skimmer and UV and filter sock.
Nitrates: 5-10
PO4: Under .1
Calc: 420-450
Alk: 8.5-9
