Do you guys put these frags by the sand bed to let them acclimate to the light of just glue them to the rock?
Frag rack then to acclimate. If I put them on the sand bed the Gobies and Wrasses will cover them, or my jawfish will steal them

I put them near the sand. But try to find a spot for them fast. Less chance of them getting carted off by the urchin or snails.
or a pistol shrimp. Notorious for moving sand frags

You can do that or some people have frag racks. You should be able to glue them to the rocks the next day or 2

My goby passed away rently... he legit use to decorate. He did not like platy's and always covered them up. He'd make designs out of snail shells it was cool to watch.

both. if the coral is low light you might as well put it in its final spot cause the lighting doesn't matte at that point. sandbed for things that I want to acclimate to my spectrum. just be cautious if you have a smaller tank because middle sandbed can be much higher par than the edges. mine is about double in the center vs the edges
