I'm also unsure of my 1 of my zoasOut for delivery... now redirecting to FedEx facility, lovely. Tracking says customer not available or business closed smh
My order was delayed in emojis for a Friday delivery. Finally got to me on Monday; water was 53 degrees. The only frag that looks like it might have survived was a neon leather. WWC was great to work with and are re-shipping the order next week. Not to be a negative Nancy, but Memphis has not been a good sign. Memphis is one of Fedex's shipping hubs. Even if it's not on the path of delivery, your package might end up in Memphis. Memphis has gotten so many packages that they often get backlogged. On more than one occasion, I have had corals get delayed one whole day in Memphis, and have heard of others complain about the same.
My water was 61 degrees... so far everything but the Anthelia looks ok. There's a Xenia that was opened earlier that's closed down a bit as well, so I'll keep an eye on that one. Zoa's are mostly opened, sticks and Favia's look ok.My order was delayed in emojis for a Friday delivery. Finally got to me on Monday; water was 53 degrees. Give it a day let's see if it revive@WWC This one looks pretty bad (WWC Waving Hand Anthelia)... I don't think it's going to make it. Losing tissue etc...
Not very hopeful... it's shedding tissue. I just moved it off the rack and downstream from the other corals since it was irritating one of the Xenia I picked up for a friend.Give it a day let's see if it revive
We do this on purpose on the small boxes to vent the heat pack.Package here more early then expected but the better there was a hole on my Styrofoam and water leaking inside the bag but let's hope everything it's okay
Sorry but once the box leaves our facility it's out of our hands. FedEx is usually very reliable. Less than 1% of our packages yearly have shipping issues. Rest assured if anyone that has issues with their shipment we will take care of you just please contact us via phone or email. My shipment finally got to Dallas last night but now it has sat there for 6 hours, so it appears the problem isn’t confined to Memphis. Scheduled delivery showed ‘by Thursday end of day’ right up until 11:59pm and only then changed to ‘pending’.
I know there’s nothing they can do but still no acknowledgement of the problem from @WWC yet either, which is a bit disappointing.
I’m now off to work, having wasted a day off yesterday, and will now have to wait until Monday to open my box of (presumably) dead things.
Fingers crossed that my issue is an isolated one and everyone else gets their corals on time.
