would someone be kind enough to compare and contrast the waving hand anthelia and the pulsing Xenia? I don't want a Xenia and the anthelia looks awful similar...

Waving hand just blows back and forth in the flow, waving at you. Xenia the ends open and close, pulsing!

depending on the beer your drink, the coral may have been cheaper... good on ya!

I got some pulsing xenia as a $5 frag. Everything I am reading says they grow too fast. Anyone have this in their tank or have some advice?

They can spread very fast and crowd out other corals. Try to keep it isolated, and if it gets where you don't want it, don't delay in getting it out.

Mine was bleaching under 3 XR30's, I had to lower it... still waiting for it to recover.
