Go to the first page and find the shipping module links. Set up an account on the WWC site- link your card. Buy a shipping module for your location. Try to click fast enough- buy as you see them. Do not click and add to cart and expect to buy at the end. Buy them ASAP, click fast. Everyone will be trying at the same time. Whoever gets it first, gets it. At the end, all the items you win will be shipped with that one shipping module price.
