It's not your end, I don't think. The database that stores the info for the R2R site uses an "(eventually) linear" storage method. The data is stored across multiple locations (shards) and then searched (and sorted) and then combined. If things move quickly or are busy, that algorithm can return things out of order for a bit. The idea being that it's better to be fast than slow, and to show everything being more important than showing everything in the correct order.
It gets there, but when it's super busy, I think the "correctness" lags behind.

(Note: I'm not privy to the inner workings of the site, so this is all mostly educated (if not informed) conjecture.)
