Its max 2 of the corals that only cost $5 and you must buy a non $5 coral for each $5 coral you purchase. You can buy as many non $5 coral as you want. All corals are posted here as a link.

The general idea is that they will list a batch of corals to this thread (usually about 5 or so). Each coral picture will be a link that takes you to that item on their site. You would need to be the first person to click on the link, add the coral to your cart, and complete the check-out procedure (all the way through - including payment). If you can do that faster than anyone else, then you get the coral. If you get an error along the way (generally along the lines of a “no longer available” message), then someone else got there first.
There is no bidding - the prices are set. Some at $5; most higher - but all a great deal.

Trying to learn how to do a quote to be entered into the ecotec promo. Is this correct way to do it?

Yup; just hit the "Reply" button on the post you are looking to quote and it'll pull the whole post into the quote.

You can also select the text you want to quote (if less than then entire post) and click the "+ Quote" button. This will add the selected text into your quote list. When you go to the post area, there will be an "Insert Quotes..." button that will show you the list of quotes you have stored. You can select one (or more) and paste them into your current post where your cursor is.
