I use the generic magfloat. I use that all over, then use a razor on the bottom couple inches so I don’t scratch the glass.

I use both a large and nano flipper almost daily on both of my tanks (glass).

Alright Guys, I’m new here, I don’t even have a tank but I’m reading threads like crazy to start my very first tank, got a lot of reading to do. But I know I will need a cleaner.... so hopefully I win one? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

gonna hop to the nano forums now. I’m looking for something small and not sure where to start, see you guys around.

Just getting back into reefing with a new tank. I don’t use anything “yet”, but will surely buy something for it after my cycles.

I use a mag-float to clean my glass about every other day. My tank is a biocube with a slightly curved front glass. It can be a little hard to clean.

I use a razor blade once a week to clean the glass on my tanks. Your Tunze strong + care magnet cleaner, is something I would look forward to using.

I have used a wide variety of cleaning tools for my Acrylic 300 gallon tank. My favorite one now is my Tunze Strong+. I made my own acrylic blades as I wanted to get into the corner more. It works better than the other cleaners for everything but the worst coralline buildup. If you use it twice a week you should not get any coralline buildup. Also is is much less a problem near the sand bed than other magnet cleaners. I just wish the floats came standard and were available already.

I use 3 weapons. 1 the short handled scraper. 2 the magnet scrubber and 3 the best tool of them all...my finger. Sometimes I can’t get algae with the other two so I get a little bit of sand and rub it on the algae. I was worried that I was going to scratch my tank the first time so I did it in the back corner. I kept increasing pressure to see if it would scratch and no scratches. So I use that method. This would destroy acrylic.
