Will Lettuce Nudis eat my Dragon's Breath Macro algae?

I have a refugium compartment with Dragon's breath growing in it. Green hair algae or (Bryopsis?) is gradually choking out the Dragon's Breath. I have attempted to clean it several times but the green hair just keeps coming back. Would Lettuce Nudis eat the green stuff and leave my Dragon's Breath alone???
