Similar in size to a mata or closer to an Atlantic blue ?
Honestly, they’re closer to a mata, possibly bigger.
Atlantic blues aren’t that small either - Those guys can get rather large (1’+)

I guess mine would be Tommy, my tomini tang. He's not aggressive but his presence seems to keep peace. I suspect Angelica, my coral beauty could be bullyish if Tommy were not there. As it is she seems to buddy and follow Tommy around as he picks at the rock and macroalgae.
