White pimple out of nowhere on clown?

Hey guys, I’ve read through some other forms trying to find answers in regards to a random white pimple on the side of my clown that came out of nowhere possibly being a parasite??
My question for you is I haven’t added any livestock, made any changes in ages….
I’ve never seen something just pop up out of nowhere like this?
Should I be worried!??

To begin with getting a proper assessment and answer, please post a couple of pics and even you tube video more than 15 secs under bright white light intensity showing this bump on fish please
