Sorry for your experience with the CBB. I am no longer affiliated with the company, but I would definitely say that if you were told the fish was eating it’s a very soldi bet he was.

The qt process and holding period are strictly enforced by the managers, especially with those fish that are finicky eaters naturally. As in not just any associate has the authority to declare a fish ready for sale without direct consent of the manager.

The CBB in particular doesn’t travel/ship well at all. My personal recommendation would be to keep some LRS REEF FRENZY NANO on hand when you next try one of these guys. Good call @KJ
