Algaebarn is my go to source. You can give it a quick shake in some freshwater but I've never seen a pest from their services.

All of our macroalgae are kept in their own closed systems, where they are carefully cleaned, treated, quarantined, and inspected before being sent to you. While a freshwater dip isn’t necessary, it can be an additional measure some aquarists choose to take for peace of mind.

I use macroalgae to seed amphipods & copepods into my stystems. An iodine dip would kill pods but it would not deter Aptasia. Sterile in a reef tank is not a good option.

I assume Chaeto is going in a refugium.
