We've heard from an alarming number of customers that the common practice at their LFS is you put your order in, and are expected to pick it up same day, often times while still in the bag from the Airport....
We always encourage our customers to be patient and leave any new Imports in house through treatment until cleared by staff for departure. In Most cases this is 14 days, sometimes longer.
