What's happening with my mushroom?

Hi all, my red discosoma mushroom was looking good for an extended period of time. However, recently I noticed that the mushroom is smaller and there is a transparent film on top of it every so often (sometimes the mouth is more visible). Nothing has changed in the tank for over a few months, and all the other corals are looking okay. Any thoughts on what's wrong with the shroom? I tried to move it; however, it is holding onto the rock. Many thanks!

Sure, I can try that! I wanted to move it, but it's holding onto the rock so I assume it doesn't want to relocate
