What to do with rotifers when out of town?

Hi, I have a pail set up for rotifers and they are arriving tomorrow. But I am leaving the day after because something came up. What do I do to the new culture in order to make it last for 3 days?

Should I add some phyto since they would of been in transit for the last 3 days?

Should I put them in a bigger container then what they came in?
