Hi everyone,
Just had a close up look at my anemone and noticed this little fluffy ball thingy on it that seemed to be moving, tank was started with live rock, is it likely that this is a little nudi? Any ideas if they are good or bad? Pics are below, thanks

Possibly, it seems that the anemone is now tryna eat it, it’s under the one short tentacle.

Looks like mesenterial filament (inside of the anemone), your clown maybe have been biting the base of the tentacle

Have you fed the anemone? I’ve seen stuff like that come out of my anemones a long time ago when I covered them. Could be excrement. They also expel their zooaxanthellae that way when distressed but your nem looks great so probably not that.

Thanks for the replies, I think it was probably some mesanterial filament. Seemed to get eaten after a few hours of being bounced from tentacle to tentacle and with no ill effects. Appreciate all the responses
