'm also in the mechanical plumbing trade,about to start the 2nd year of my apprenticeship program with 2 years in the trade.

ACR copper,mini splits,dx,chilled water,chillers,fcu's,AHU's,cooling towers,steel,welding,fitting..yada yada you know the whole deal.

How do you feel about the point of sale Daikin chillers ? We have nothing but problems at the new tower we did at a resort that starts with D and ends in Y.


Lots of chillers, don't remember installing any Daikins though. And I agree, that "leak" is way over in the not good category. Interestingly, my current project is Daikin VRF system, hoping I don't have the same kind of problems you have had with the Brand.
