I’ve had these two clownfish for about 2 weeks now, at first they were fine. Swimming around and eating like normally. For the last couple of days ~4, all they’ve been doing is hiding under the rocks and not eating at all. Idk if this is part of the issue but I saw that they had white stringy poop. I have provided a video of one of the clowns, the other is basically doing the same thing. Please help. :(

Ammonia is at 0
Nitrites are 0
Nitrate is around 25
Salinity 1.025
Tank Size 14 Gal Biocube

Was this tank new, and was it cycled?

Hiding fish suggests bad water quality and disease challenges,

Video does not show up on my phone.

The pictures show fish with skin issues.

A uv sterilizer might save them if you got it quickly.

Yes this tank is fairly new, but it should be fully cycled. I have 4 nems, a hammer, a galaxea, and a bunch of mushrooms that are doing good.

I don’t QT fishes but I do have a UV sterilizer that I use when things like this happen. They may pull through without assistance but they seem to have a skin condition that is causing them to hide.

The QT folks will recommend a copper treatment and fallow period for the tank.
