Slug/ Nudi of some type. Can't really tell what the colors are on it. As far as good or bad, it just depends on what species it is. Some are good, some are bad.

Its not a lettuce hare, its another type of algae eating sea hare that stays very small. Usually no more than an inch long. Harmless and beneficial to your tank.

Looks like a nudi to me. Many are good to have and can take care of problem algaes. Id keep him and watch him closley. He'll do more good than harm.

it definitely looks like a nudibranch some of them are really good for controlling problem algaes like hair algae, while others will munch on zoas and other corals

looks harmless to me and looks like a good find! I just found a crazy crab in my tank. i'm planning on putting a thread up here to see if anyone can id it. it either has crazy red eyes or the camera did that too it. Anyway, i'm sure it was a hitchiker you got there.
