What is this that keeps showing up near the sand?

I keep finding these sand covered noodles at random spots in my tank. Are they spunk? Worms? Poop? They don’t move but I have no idea were they come from.

Looks like leftovers from a Conch snail, mine leave these around.
They're eggs, possibly conch eggs! I have never actually heard about conchs reproducing in captivity until now! @JonoH did you ever see any conch babies? Their larvae are pelagic, so I would assume success with breeding these snails in home aquaria is fairly minimal.

Woah that’s crazy! I have only 1 conch though. I did see my conch go over to them and nibble them.

Never seen babies, but i do have 2 Conch Snails and they do place these around the tank together sporadically.

The only snail babies i seem to actually see are Zombies and Trochus.
