What is this red stuff? Isn’t Cyano

I tried removing this red paste that looks like cyano but didn’t go away with Chemiclean. Any idea what it is? Thanks for the help.

Its a form of coralline from what I can see but brighter light would help confirm. If soft, may be foraminiferans

No pretty sure it’s not that. This is a very old established tank but i recently had to dose Fendendazole to remove an infestation of blue cloves, which has thrown my tank all out of whack. I’ve had coralline for years, but this stuff is slimy, which is why I thought it was cyano.
