Just got this today, I believe it to be a toadstool, but it’s dark chocolate brown out of water and opened up it looks black/ dark brown with neon polys under blue lights, was only $50

Looks like an unhappy devils hand. Elevate it where it gets medium light and water flow. Assure nitrates not elevated and add iron and Manganese to water occasionally. These guys must get water flow

Its Devils hand. They are in many shaped and contours and some have fingers known as finger leather.
