Yah probably not enough light thinking of getting a second one or the ic version which is stronger

Don't use buffers. They all raise alk. Nothing wrong with ph 7.8. If you want it higher you probably need to reduce CO2 with fresh air or a CO2 scrubber. I wouldn't worry about it

According to my test kit from api i got 14 dkh or like 270ppm way too much i take it?

Don’t trust API especially when it comes to alk when I was new to the hobby and I was using API I was getting 10 dkh consistently, when I got a Hanna checker my alk was at 6.3.

Maybe just screw my dosing and just do water changes

I wouldnt dose yet. It doesn't look like the demand is there. Also reef crystals has high alk. It is good salt and does work but it can be harder with the higher alk
