With reef keeping comes decision-making; some are easy, while others might be quite hard. Maybe it is difficult to find the perfect size tank for your budget, or perhaps it is deciding what to do about an algae issue. I want to know what the most challenging decision you have ever made for your tank was. Photo Credit: @aquaticlog

I have been working on scape for a week. Everytime I think I have a design while gluing I break a piece and start over. New rule glue enough to hold each piece then move in. Don't scape until mortared for more support haha

I was fiddling with my flow and lighting almost daily, I finally decided to just leave everything the way it is and the coral are doing much better. I still get the itch to change things though and have to force myself not to haha

Tank Breakdowns. 2nd time for me and it's just hard.
Probably for me too. I set up a new larger tank but was able to leave the old one running until I was ready to take it down. First time doing a tear down of a well established tank. I looked at this tank for almost 3 weeks after starting the new one before I gathered the nerve to get going.

Going smaller this time with returning to my smaller condo. It's the cherry picking of what I want now livestock and coral wise.

Last time I got out of the hobby completely due to a divorce, that was just brutal.

That's one that I have, and I like it, I just want to shorten the lighting time, and I can't get it figured out the right way.
Are you using the AI app or mobius ? If AI app you can click a point you want until a slider pops up and then you can drag it left or right to adjust the time.

Hardest decision? To eat the last piece of bacon or share it with the warden. I don't like to be selfish, but it is bacon being the last piece creates a tremendous ethical and moral struggle internally. I usually make myself feel better by telling myself that if somebody had tampered with it, then I would be the one at risk by eating it and not her.

Selling everything off from my "dream" tank. It wasn't really a dream tank in the end and I think the hardest part was accepting I needed to move on from it and reset myself within the hobby
