I hope this thread title caught your attention because I see many threads asking for the “BEST” aquarium equipment, “BEST” setup, “Best” rock, “BEST” sand, etc., etc.

There are many options for our saltwater aquariums but more importantly there are many more opinions about what to use and how to run those aquariums.

R2R is a wonderful community always ready to help! HELP US HELP YOU!. Ask your intelligent, researched, and well thought out questions. You will learn more and get much better responses!

So I’m in the market for the BEST new or used car, any suggestions????

Probably should be moved to the Lounge forum.
I'm buying a Tesla 3. So, that's my choice.
I was hoping that people would actually read my post!?!?!? It pertains to General Aquarium Discussions.

I agree wholeheartedly. There are so many reefing approaches (skimmerless, fuge, skimmer, grow lights, aminos or not, metal halide, led, sps dominant, kalkwasser, etc etc) that there is no single best method unless parameters are narrowed - ease of use, cost, usefulness to the hobbyist end goal, and so on. Not to mention the different nutrient demands for each setup.

For reef related purchases (Ya I am making this reef related)

I prefer my Subaru Outback Wilderness.

Lots of room for those tank buy outs
Plenty of power to get those fish and corals home quick
Offroad capabilities to go around accidents and such to get those fish and corals home quick.
Decent gas mileage and low emissions, so I do not over pollute the air and mess up any reefs.

I like my Mazda CX-9 for what it's worth. Agile handling, capable turbo, nice fit and finish. I like the thought behind the OP though. Many questions on products would be so much easier to answer if we knew what the user was going for in their tank.

This is the wrong section for the post is all.
Used the car analogy to drive home the point. See many R2R questions asking for the BEST in something.
