Did they go out of business? Seems like there social media platform is gone, Facebook and Instagram. There website is non existent as well. I purchased a custom 60x33x24 tank and stand from them a couple years ago. I know they were highly recommended and mentioned when someone wanted to go custom. That’s would suck if they really are out of business and wonder about warranty.

My friend brought an aquarium from them 2 years ago that sprung a leak last month, he hasn’t heard from them despite multiple attempts. I tried contacting them also with no response. I have a crystal dynamics tank and now worried about my warranty also.
It kinda first crossed my mind when they weren’t at RAP Ca. this year. They’re usually displaying a tank and end up raffling it at the end. Apart of my deciding factor on a custom tank, was that I wanted to support a local business since they’re somewhat local to me.

I have 3 years left on warranty, hope I don’t need to use it. My experience with them was terrible.
My stand looked like crap after 6 months and it was just sitting there with no water in in the tank.

Yeah, matter of fact I was able to get ahold of them via text regarding a glass issue sometime in January. We agreed on a solution without issue and promised 5-6 month wait which I didn’t mind. Since then-nothing.

I dont want to get ahead of myself yet without a full story, I understand things happen and maybe there is an explanation, but they should of notified their customers and tried to help us out going forward somehow. I spent 5 grand on their stand to get their warranty.
I complete agree! That’s why I asked in lieu of this thread. I hope we’re not SOL.

I wasn't super impressed with my stand for the most part. It got damaged in shipping and I just fixed it myself to save the aggravation. But now I'm super worried if something happens to my tank.

When I bought it was 5 years if you bought their stand with tank.
Mine was damage twice in shipping. Then 6 months in it started separating, again without water… at least it’s metal and if I need to strip the wood I can.
It’s hard to image these things can leak the way they build them.
didn’t even consider glass cages because they used to have the worst website and the tanks look like they were from the 70s but they seem to have improved allot over the years.
I can’t even imagine the conversation with my wife if I had to replace my tank when it’s supposed to have a warranty…

dang. A whole lot of us is SOL. 
. If I was closer I’d, visit the facility in which I have before when I was planning my build. Met the husband Trent which is apparently part owner to his Wife Zoya. I believe Trent is a member on here and saw a couple of FS threads selling off reef equipment.
