Hello, I'm looking for a new test kit for Mg and Ca and I was wondering what other people prefer.....I'm looking for something that is easy and fast to use (I used Salifert for years, but am ready for something easier if it exists).

thanks,
Darren

if it's not broke don't fix it. I really like my salifert test kits. I'm using ELos for my Po4, thinking of changing tho, the ELOS kit has never shown traces of PO4.

+1. I just switched to Red Sea Pro multi kit. Easy to use with easily detectable endpoint. I like the fact I can get refills without buying the entire kit. Getting ready to buy their algae kit which bundles Nitrates and Phosphates. I have the Hanna checker for Phosphates and the results are very inconsistent.

Talked to the Red Sea rep at MACNA and they appear to have a good product line.

i got the red sea pro also works great.
im not impressed with their po4 test though. yet it was pretty close to my hanna which is never inconsistent. gotta make sure that dropper is straight up and down or the drop is bigger
