I found my shrimp walking over it and it has been like this for about a day but still seems to be in a different part of my tank when I look. Any ideas if it is still alive?

For starters, lower the light and assure moderate not strong flow. Generally when flow is strong, they will hide or ball up and too much light and they hide and even shrivel. Too little light and flow and they climb.
Assure your nitrate and phosphate as well as salinity is Not elevated. They get upset easily when parameters are not stable

Okay I’ve turned of my wave maker and lowered the light, I also posted a picture of my full(ish) tank. It’s a year and a bit old so it’s completely cycled and well matured enough for a nem but I’m not sure why it’s reacted this way.
