What’s going on with my anemone

My anemone has been like this for a few days now and I don’t know what to do my water looks good no spike in ammonia nitrate or nitrite I want to know what I can do and what’s happening and I’ve had it for about 5 months now

And it’s a rose bubble tip that had looked like this a while ago

It doesn't look bad, just not super happy. Maybe just try a large water change. No need to worry yet.
