I've had my 32g bio cube for over two years now.
5 - fish
Mostly Sps coral and a couple soft
I've been paying close attention to the needs of my system and trying to react accordingly, but my RSR 4-part seems to have stabilized my system which is GREAT.
My current water change schedule is once a week ~5g / 32g and every 3rd week I will do a larger water change ~10g / 32g. Ive noticed when I do the larger water change my soft corals do not respond well and as a matter of fact some have even receded and died. I keep the tank alk at the same level as the redsea salt I use but I'm starting to think large water changes do more harm than good. Maybe I'm losing a lot of biodiversity?
Anybody else notice this same phenomenon?
