as you can see nothing but coralline on top of coralline.

I have this coraline growing on the edges of my tank and underneath the rocks.
In the middle is green. Side note , this tank looks to be the founder of purple helix and bottles the spores from this tank. Nothing but coraline.

I used the product to help turn the middle purple more faster. I am not wanting anything FAST. I want it more faster.

See the reason I am going after coraline is that I started with itty bitty frags. So the rock is the major aesthetic of the tank.
could be said the same for buying many different corals to fill up a tank. Why don't you just buy 1 let it grow and frag it and aquascape. Why even start an aquarium if you can't afford the marketing.

Unlike you who didn't fall for marketing I will have experience with this product and really in the end I want to diversify my experience from yours

I have Coraline algae growing all over the place. And I understand that it is a sign of a healthy, well established tank.

With that in mind, why would you want to promote its growth? Is it beneficial to the tank in some way?
Well, most people think it looks better then bare rock. Its also thought to impede other algae growth. Whether it does for sure or not I do not know. At least its not as easy to see the diatoms and other unwanted algaes.

I do believe these products do work just not in a night. They introduce coralline just like buying a snail with coralline on its shell. Just more expensive and don’t get the added cuc.

Believe the picture or not this is what happened in 1 night.

I'm cool with it taking taking 10 weeks because it just isn't going to grow where I want it at the moment so 10 weeks feels like a bargain.

I could've not posted and show final results but then who would believe that lol

Does not compute. Error. Error.

Customers don’t “buy” marketing. What are you talking about? Is this just to signal that you have a high socioeconomic status and low understanding economics? Because I can’t see how it pertains to reefing or nature at all?

You got this part right. I didn’t fall for a marketing campaign, I won’t ever get to experience the joys of dumping the pink bottle into my tank, or the sound of the cash register. But I’m also experiencing the same coralline, for free.

Wants everything in life for free ^^

I will scrape mines up and ship to you for free if you want
I “want everything for free” lol

I never said anything like that, please stop putting words in my mouth. It’s literally all written in text that everyone can read.

In all seriousness, and ignoring the elitist attitude, I’m good, I’m enjoying watching my coralline base grow in and observing nature take its course. Different philosophy, but same result. You’re reef looks beautiful! I support you scraping, bottling and shipping for people that want it if it makes you feel good!

You literally said that I just took out the middle.

Anyways I wasn't looking for opinions I already have one. This was more for the people that have used the product

Coralline comes from tank maturity and stable parameters. My tank is completely filled with live rock from Walt smith bought in 2006 never out of water since. As I said before the products will work and help just don’t believe it’s possible in one night. Bright coralline is dying coralline in my experience usually from getting dry at some point or a drastic change in parameters or an urchin munching on it.

Yes you are correct but you are leaving out another logical hypothesis. Adding spores to the tank. It's the same if you were to scrape of the walls and let it spread.
I do not have this luxury so I am hoping purple helix does have spores that will spread through the tank.
