So I took on the task of upgrading my salt mix station as my winter project. As I added features to the station over the last 2 years it became more and more cluttered...you know how that goes. So I made a plan and reconfigured the entire area. So I thought I would share the results..

Water distribution block...pumps water direct from the tank to a drain and fills direct to the tank...easy water changes...love it!

Much needed storage space....

Took me about 3 solid days of effort but makes my reefkeeping life much easier...more time with the tank! :)

Hahahaha yes we all must be nuts engaging in this hobby after realizing the cost.

What you say is so true...I completely enjoy my tank and caring for the critters in it....must be the old farm hand in me ;)
