Guessing I am missing something super simple here but I have ran the update about 5 times now and it goes all the way to 99% and appears to be completed, but its not actually updating. Running the new model apex

any input would be greatly appreciated. seems to be stuck in 5.05 9B19 and i noticed that my display is doing something quirky as well now.

Yep looks like the old version still. Guess you will have to contact Neptune? Not sure if you want to try the soft reset or not first where you stick the end of the paperclip into the tiny hole in the bottom for a second.

When an update doesn't install successfully, usually rebooting the Apex and then trying the update again solves the problem.
