Came with the uncured live rock I gota. Caulerpa verticillata
Grows extremely quickly and can become invasive (but pods enjoy living within it).
b. Maybe Sargassum?
Could we get a few more pictures of algae b? The presence of a mid-rib indicates it might be a species of this genus of macroalgae. It tends to grow slowly, enjoys very high flow and bright lighting (place it near the surface), and is rather difficult to keep alive. I've had moderate success with it though (until I placed it in the shade ).
Both are very rare in the hobby. How did you manage to get a hold of them?
