I woke up this morning almost late for work so I didnt get a chance to take a pic but will do when I get back home. I noticed that my last clown (the other died 3 days ago probably from jumping out or for something else and got eaten by snails), the tail is turning white which Im suspecting brooklynella.

Im new to the hobby so I have no idea how to treat it. Instead of purchasing a lid, I'll have to get a qt. So I have a few questions:

1. Do I need to do a WC on DT?
2. The only live stock I have left are diamond watchman goby, nassarius, Mex turbo, and astraea snails.
3. When I setup the qt, do I need a new batch of Saltwater (prolly stupid question)
4. I read about formalin to treat, just havent gone far as to how
5. When my tank was cycled I added a bottle of triggerpods, would that affect anything if I fallow the DT.

Thats it for now, more to follow when I make it back to the fish store.

Pics and videos definitely would help to confirm.
Formalin can be tricky to acquire (and unsafe to use). Acriflavine also works. Ruby rally pro is generally used for brook.
If your first clown died, it’s likely that it died of whatever this one has.
To answer your specific questions:
1. A water change won’t do anything regarding the disease, I wouldn’t change whatever your current protocol is (except that you’ll want to sterilize any tools to avoid breaking the fallow/transferring disease)
2. The goby is susceptible to any (most) disease the clowns can get. The inverts can stay in the dt
3. More important than water is bio-media. Use filter media (ceramic rings, sponge, etc.) from the dt to seed the qt for a quicker cycle. It just can’t be reused in the dt.
4. I probably should know the exact dosage and timing by now, but to avoid saying the wrong thing and killing your fish I’ll defer to others on that one. Generally it’s administered in baths.
5. The pods wouldn’t have had an effect (except for a very rare stroke of bad luck).

If brook, your approach can be more simple. You suspect it - Lets verify it with a pic or better yet, video under white light intensity. With brook, you will see signs such as loss of color, weird swim behavior, lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus.

CHecking in to see if anyone have an idea or maybe Im mistaking for something.

The first video didn't show me any clear symptoms, but the second video seems to indicate that this is indeed Brooklynella.

I just tried to feed them and take another video but having issues to upload. Not looking forward to taking them out, its gonna be a pain chasing them around with a net specially the goby.
