Its a little under an inch and I would say its thinner than a standard wood pencil

It isnt a peanut worm, this thing literally is a tentacle! Its got the little suctions and its not any type of worm

Any chance it's just an octopus/squid tentacle that was part of some frozen food that you feed?

I was thinking that as well but I was looking at the food and I dont see anything like it in the packages. I have rods carnivore diet and chunky I feed pieces of to my triggers. Im hoping this is something from there but everything is so mashed together and this thing is in perfect shape so Im nervous its not from the food
