Currently trying to decide between a custom tank and stand or the Aqua Pro 1200.
I am nervous about the custom stand in terms of things like the plumbing not lining up with the stand cut outs and whether a 100G aquarium on a fully wooden stand is a good idea.
The Aqua Pro has some downsides, the sump is relatively small, I'm not a massive fan of the faux wood door (although the D&D ones seem better than most) and I would have to pay extra for the metal stand making the whole thing more expensive. And of course, I don't know what I don't know, there may be other practical limitations I'm not aware of. I do like the braceless design of the tank though which would make a custom tank more expensive.
Any thoughts on the D&D aqua pro series or whether better to go with a custom stand in a finish I would be happier with if I can get past the weight concern.
