What coral would you recommend for a high to very high flow area with a PAR of 220 to 250?
I have a 190gal peninsula tank and I'm looking for the right coral to place on the rock that is closer to the return diffuser and 2 MP40s.
Hoping to use the advice during the sale!!

Almost any type on Montipora will do well in that light and flow.
